According to CoStar, DFW industrial absorption through the 2nd quarter of 2017 totaled 8,364,286 SF. ESRP’s Industrial Services Team is pleased to have assisted their clients in negotiating new industrial leases in excess of 3,045,000 SF, which accounts for approximately 36% of all industrial space absorbed in the first half of 2017. North Texas’ industrial real estate has been ‘firing on all cylinders’ according to Bisnow, with more deals expected to close throughout this year. Last year’s record-breaking year seems to be setting the tone for this year’s deals.
