Relocating esrp’s headquarters to The Star.
esrp, a premier commercial real estate advisory firm, today announced it will move its headquarters to The Star in Frisco, Texas. The firm, with nearly 50 employees, adds its name to the impressive list of brands to relocate their headquarters to the $5 Billion Dollar Mile.
esrp, which today maintains its offices along the Tollway in North Dallas, plans to move to The Star in July 2018. Their offices will be located on the 3rd floor overlooking the Cowboys practice fields.
The Star, which hosts the world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys, has quickly become one of the region’s most popular tourist destinations. With 91 acres of retail, restaurants, office space, and a concert venue, The Star is an ideal location for business.
“Making The Star our new home is an easy choice,” said esrp Chief Executive Officer Sharon Morrison. “This move positions esrp squarely in of one of the hottest real estate markets in the country. Surrounded by some of the world’s most renowned corporations making significant investments in Texas, we’ll have an unprecedented opportunity to collaborate with new and existing clients. Furthermore, with downtown Dallas, DFW International and Love Field airports a short 30 minutes down the road, our brokers can easily service clients locally and nationally. It is a game changer on many levels.”
The Frisco-Legacy market is home to some of the most progressive and innovative companies. “The days of being referred to as the Dallas suburbs are over,” said esrp President, Steve Jarvie. “This market is now being benchmarked by other large cities. In fact, the geographic diversity will provide many opportunities for our employees, the company, and business in general.”
The city is a magnet for a skilled workforce who are contributing to Frisco’s rapid annual residential growth-rate of more than five percent. “Frisco has an impressive list of companies which call it home,” says Jeff Cheney, Mayor of Frisco. “esrp’s established reputation in the market is in alignment with the corporate headquarters and brands we have been able to attract to the region. We are thrilled to have esrp call Frisco home.”
Frisco-Legacy now claims one of the most dynamic development concentrations in America with more than $5 billion in capital investment, either announced or under construction, along the Dallas North Tollway from Warren Parkway north to Lebanon Road.
“We are exceptionally proud to welcome esrp to The Star,” said Stephen Jones, Dallas Cowboys chief operating officer. “esrp exemplifies the type of fast-growing, forward-thinking businesses relocating here. The move sends a clear message: The Star is much more than an entertainment center; it is an incredible place to do business.”
