North Texas’ industrial real estate has been ‘firing on all cylinders’ according to Bisnow, with more deals expected to close throughout this year. Last year’s record-breaking year seems to be setting the tone for this year’s deals.

Brad Struck, president of ESRP’s Industrial Services, stated: “DFW is a dynamic industrial market and our team was fortunate to have participated in such a significant part of the DFW absorption. E-commerce transactions have been the big driver behind the industrial real estate deals closing so far this year as Dallas-Fort Worth and will continue to be a major U S. distribution hub”.

ESRP’s Industrial team negotiated Olam’s lease of 636,570 SF in Hillwood’s Commerce 20 site in south Dallas.
