Consistent Annual Growth Attributed to Firm Culture and Geographic Reach
DALLAS – E Smith Realty Partners (ESRP), a premier commercial real estate advisory firm, announced today that it has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 22 percent in gross revenues over the past three years. Typically, the economy grows at approximately two to three percent in a good year. What is contributing to the astonishing success at ESRP? Two factors: the top level producers that make up the ESRP team and the footprint of closed transactions established globally.
“When we established ESRP almost four years ago, we saw an opportunity to build a better platform focused around the client’s needs,” Sharon Morrison, CEO, said. “The formula was simple – hire best-in-class professionals, foster a culture of collaboration, provide superior services and allow our team to customize the solution based on project objectives. The success and growth we have experienced continues to be built on that same foundation.”
ESRP begins 2017 by announcing the promotion of key leaders and the addition of new team members:
Susan Arledge has recently been named President of the Site Selection group, Jeff Pappas has been recognized as Executive Vice President of the Site Selection group and Ann Harts has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Site Selection/Incentives. Each member of this team has an established reputation built upon their expertise of leading clients through business operational drivers that affect the bottom line. Focused on the data-driven process of strategic site selection, Susan, Jeff, and their team of researchers and analysts, ensure clients make informed decisions to execute on the best location, whether locally, regionally, or globally. This strategic approach, advising clients well beyond the transaction with an internal team, is a differentiator for our clients.
ESRP is also excited to welcome key hires to the firm to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding list of engagements. Shelly Christenson has joined as Senior Managing Director. She is serving as the Global Account Manager for NTT Data. With a strong background in transforming strategic real estate concepts into action plans, Shelly will oversee portfolio analysis and strategic planning, site selection and incentive services, transaction management, lease administration and project management.
Additional key hires:
Formed in 2013, ESRP has successfully established itself as a trusted real estate advisor with portfolios that span the globe. “The Dallas real estate community recognizes the top talent that have come together at ESRP,” noted President, Steve Jarvie, “but one thing that has been understated is the impact we are having, not only in Dallas, but across the globe for our clients. Easily, one-third of our engagements are outside the state of Texas.”
Recent transaction data:
The growth achieved can be attributed to a global footprint established by focusing on the needs of the client, coupled with a growing team committed to a culture of integrity, strength and passion.
