ESRP Continues to Grow

Attracting Top Executives Attributed to Firm Culture

DALLAS E Smith Realty Partners (ESRP), a premier commercial real estate advisory firm, announced that three industry leaders have recently joined their team, supporting the fact that their collaborative and entrepreneurial culture is driving success in the war for talent.

“When we established E Smith Realty Partners almost four years ago, we saw an opportunity to build a better platform focused around the client’s needs,” Sharon Morrison, CEO and founder of ESRP said. “The formula was simple – hire the best, foster a culture of collaboration, provide superior services and allow our team to customize the solution based on project objectives. The success and growth we have experienced continues to be built on that same foundation.”

Larry Kelso joins ESRP as Executive Vice President of Global Workplace Solutions. “The opportunity to re-join many friends in this exciting company enables me to pursue my passion of creating global workplaces that uniquely match the requirements of various business verticals,” noted Larry. With an initial focus on program management for a global corporation, Larry is leading the various integrated teams to create spaces around the world. Larry added, “To be a part of a firm with a focus on disrupting the “old school” approaches to commercial real estate is in perfect alignment with my passion for applying new workplace concepts across global portfolios.”

Tammy Nellis joins ESRP as Senior Vice President focused on office tenant representation. With 23 years in the DFW commercial real estate market, Tammy will remain focused on the needs of tenant-based firms interested in the Far North Dallas market. “I am looking forward to employing my extensive experience in Plano and Frisco to advise the many corporate leaders that are excited to be a part of the growth that is currently happening in that submarket of Dallas. The opportunity at ESRP was too good to pass up. Everybody in the market has seen the phenomenal team that is being built here. The opportunity for me to join the exciting growth, driven by the entrepreneurial culture occurred at the perfect time in my career.”

ESRP continues to grow their research and analytics team. Trevor Yarbrough joins ESRP as Director of Site Selection and Analytics. “With my background in Applied Geography, I had previously focused on working in strictly research environments. I was creating sales forecasting models for retail, restaurant, and service-based businesses that enabled these clients to make informed and profitable real estate decisions. When I heard that ESRP was looking to fill a research position, I was thrilled to become a part of the advisory and consulting side of the business. The opportunities I am given to interact directly with firms looking to make data-driven decisions – with locations across the globe, is exciting to me. To take my passion for geography and location analytics and apply it to a company’s culture and bottom-line is my dream job.”

ESRP’s growth can be attributed to a global footprint established by focusing on the needs of the client, coupled with a growing team committed to a culture of integrity, strength and passion.

“The Dallas real estate community recognizes the top talent that have come together here,” noted President, Steve Jarvie, “but one thing that has been understated is the impact we are having, not only in Dallas, but across the globe for our clients. Easily, one-third of our engagements are outside the state of Texas. With the team we continue to build, ESRP is just starting to hit our stride.”
