To make a group reservation for special needs snowsports instruction during the Ignite 2011 Season season at the Eldora you should contact the scheduler prior to filling out and submitting these forms.

Please be aware that every student in your group must fill out thier own student regristration forms and waivers.

You will also find a Scholarship cover letter and Group Scholarship Application if you think your group may be eligible.
